RYN Motors has begun ordering long-lead-time components for its FP3 platform, formally initiating the production planning phase for customer beta vehicles.
With manufacturing underway on the official FP3 beta car, RYN Motors is now advancing supplier coordination and component procurement required to support early customer builds. This includes parts with extended manufacturing timelines that must be secured well ahead of final assembly.
Customer beta FP3 vehicles are targeted to enter production within a 4–6 month timeframe, following the completion of beta vehicle validation and testing. Data and insights gathered during the beta program will directly inform final specifications, assembly processes, and quality standards for customer cars.
“This step represents a meaningful transition from development into production readiness,” said the RYN Motors team. “By securing long-lead components now, we’re aligning our supply chain with our validation timeline and ensuring we’re positioned to move efficiently into customer builds once testing is complete.”
The customer beta program is designed to deliver early vehicles while maintaining a deliberate, data driven approach to production. Each beta customer vehicle will benefit from the same validation process currently underway, ensuring consistency, performance, and reliability as the FP3 moves toward full production.
RYN Motors will continue to provide updates as component sourcing, testing, and production milestones are achieved.
