Building a street-legal formula car isn't just an engineering challenge, it's a regulatory one. It took countless late nights, regulatory meetings, and a lot of thinking outside the box to make this possible.
Our cars are built and delivered as a 3-wheel autocycle and include a 4-wheel conversion kit. The 3-wheel version is already an absolutely insane machine, and it's what allows us to abide by regulations that finally make a street-legal formula cars possible. We've worked directly with the DOT and NHTSA, and want to clearly explain how the 4-wheel version works on the street.
The 4-wheel conversion kit can be installed anytime after delivery and is designed for the track to unlock full formula-car performance. It's an aftermarket part and is technically not FMVSS-compliant, which is why we can't install it pre-delivery, just like most aftermarket parts such as coilovers, exhausts, or racing harnesses.

Noah Juliano is the hands-on mechanical lead behind RYN Motors. A lifelong racer, builder, and innovator whose hands-on experience and self-taught expertise goes into every vehicle the company develops.
From a young age, Noah has been immersed in performance machines; riding, racing, fixing, and improving anything with an engine. Over the years, he has built and tuned a wide range of racing motorcycles and cars, gaining a deep understanding of how mechanical systems behave in the real world. His deep understanding of dynamics, fabrication, and mechanical systems isn’t theoretical; it’s forged from real-world experience, countless hours in the shop, and the relentless pursuit of perfection.
At RYN Motors, Noah focuses on the core functionality of the vehicle platform. He is responsible for how the 3-wheel and 4-wheel variants integrate into a single modular architecture, ensuring that suspension geometry, mounting points, and mechanical systems all work together seamlessly. His work bridges practicality and performance. Making sure the machine not only looks right on paper, but works right on the road and track.
Noah’s approach is straightforward: design systems that make sense, build them with precision, test them aggressively, and refine them until they work flawlessly. Caleb Borgstrom is the visionary behind RYN Motors, a company redefining what it means to drive a high-performance, street-legal machine.
At just 21, Caleb founded a system integrator company that quickly gained national traction selling custom-built gaming computers. His relentless drive for excellence led to the company’s sale in 2021 for $11 million to a publicly traded firm (NASDAQ: PHUN). An extraordinary milestone achieved by the age of 24. Following the acquisition, Caleb served as Executive Vice President of the parent company, overseeing product innovation and operational growth at a corporate level.
Despite his early success in tech, Caleb’s lifelong obsession has always been cars and racing. From track days to road cars, his passion for motorsports and engineering never faded; it evolved. That passion became the foundation for RYN Motors, where Caleb applies the same precision, discipline, and visionary mindset that built his first company.
Caleb’s background in delivering real products, not theoretical ideas, fuels the entire mission of RYN Motors. Under his leadership, the company is built on one belief: the only thing that matters is delivering the car. No endless delays, no overpromising, no “concept” that never becomes reality. His past experience has shown him every step required to take something from sketch to production to delivery, and that execution-first mindset is embedded into RYN’s DNA. It’s not about funding, or investors, or deposits, the only way RYN makes money is by delivering cars!
